This company was extremely professional from start to finish. Chris Sousa, the sales representative I worked with, demonstrated true professionalism. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate our roof and carefully listen to the issues we were experiencing. I was very impressed by his attention to detail and expertise, and he provided us with a great quote, which is why we chose this company. They were quick to schedule the work, and their crew of 4–5 people completed the job efficiently and with high quality. Throughout the process, they provided before and after photos as well as progress updates. I will definitely use them again for any future commercial roofing needs and highly recommend their services!

It was a great experience working with BRAX Roofing. Their estimate came with photos, licensing, insurance, and pricing was transparent and reasonable—everything detailed, which I appreciated. There were some harsh weather conditions this winter, and a flat roof with HVAC units on top isn’t a simple job, but they made efforts to work with my timeline. The team was efficient and professional throughout. Communication was easy, responsive, and friendly. When small issues came up along the way, they handled everything quickly and without hassle. Very fair pricing and no-pressure sales process. Made for a very positive experience. Educated us on what we wanted to know, not what they wanted us to hear. The roof is extremely nice. The process, while it does suck to get your old roof removed and have a new one installed, once it was finished it is clear it was worth it. Make sure to buy a good magnet to walk your yard and driveway after they are done. No matter how well any roofer tries to clean up, there are always tons of nails and staples in your yard and driveway hiding for you, your kids, and little furry friends to step on. We collected more than 100+ nails and staples after the team finished, and they went through our yard several times. Braxx definitely came through for us and, as a Navy vet who always questions and stays on top of contractors, Braxx as a whole was understanding of my concerns and very open to my questions and needs. Having a new roof installed is a stressful process. Braxx actually made it so we felt heard and appreciated!
