I had two skylights replaced. Very detailed inspection which verified one skylight that needed to be replaced was leaking. Work done quickly at a reasonable price. The skylights have solar power blinds which in my area is eligible for a Federal Tax Energy Credit of 30% up to $600.

Brax Roofing recently replaced two skylights on the roof of our enclosed porch that were leaking. They did a thorough inspection of the skylights, shingles, and underlayment and provided us with before and after pictures, keeping us informed during each step of the process and addressing all of our questions and concerns. They determined the entire porch roof did not need to be re-shingled and only replaced what was necessary around the skylights, which was a substantial savings. Brax Roofing Was the Right Choice
Brax Roofing was the right choice for our project. We got three estimates from different contractors, and they were not the cheapest, but the service and attention to detail was unmatched. We even had a miscommunication about what happens to the inside of the skylights they changed since they have to raise them, and they were willing to pay part of the cost for refinishing the drywall.
My only criticism would be related to another set of skylights that they replaced. They left the undulation drywall protector untouched because it was outside of their scope, but we would have liked to fix it before the replacement took place or at least have the awareness of knowing that it was going to be like that.
