I've used Brax on a roof replacement a few years ago and they did a great job from start to finish. When I noticed a damaged downspout I called Brax. Mr. Cheadle came out and explained what they could do and gave me quotes. The job was completed as described. No rain yet, but I feel confident my problem is resolved.

Good experience working with Brax
We had a good experience working with Brax a few weeks ago. They worked with me to get a reasonable proposal for a full roof replacement, repair of some water-damaged wood, and three skylights replaced. They were flexible with scheduling and got everything completed within a day before bad weather came in. They were professional and organized through the whole process from initial quotes, to scheduling, and to final inspection.

Excellent Experience with BRAX
We had an excellent experience with BRAX! Top notch customer service from start to finish. We chose them over other companies because our sales rep was so knowledgeable and helpful. The ops team executed everything flawlessly, replacing our roof and also installing several vents. We were even shocked how well they cleaned up, could hardly tell they were there. Even used a drone the next day to make sure everything looked good. Highly recommend!

Jacob was our sales rep, and he spent as much time as needed to educate us on the process, the materials, possible scenarios, literally everything. We ended up going with a new TPO roof.
