What an honest company. I had an emergency leak in my home after lots of rain. They were able to accommodate me into their schedule the next day and even showed up an hour ahead of time. They inspected the home and let me know there is another cause for the issue. They Exceeded All Expectations!
We had a major leak after a storm, and all the family was stressed out! It was also our first time having a leak and we did not know how to deal with it! Brax was referred to us by a contractor friend, and they exceeded all expectations! They were honest and kept all their promises! They were prompt; they checked out the leak within one hour of us calling! The work they have done went over and above. There was a dish on the roof that was not being used; they dismounted the dish and took it with them at no extra cost. They did a lot of small stuff (details) at no extra cost, as if it was their own house! Thank you to the team, appreciate you all, and I strongly recommend you.

Overall Great Experience
Overall great experience. Had an animal chew through a portion of my roof. Had someone out pretty much next day to take a look; this was the week of Christmas, and got me a quote. First thing the next week they did a patch for me to hold everything over until supplies came in. Got delayed due to weather a couple times, but they communicated well and got out there as soon as they could. Job was done within a few weeks of first contact. Did a great job cleaning up and taking care of everything.
