We hired BRAX to replace gutters and fix roof tiles. They did a wonderful job. They are very professional. They sent us detailed instructions about what to expect before and during the repair work, made note about noise and debris. This was very helpful so that we could plan our days around the work easily. The work crew was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. The interaction with the office, payment process and communication was very smooth and stress-free. They responded to my emails promptly and fixed any discrepancies quickly. On the whole a wonderful experience.

We had our old gutters and downspouts replaced by BRAX Roofing. The initial assessment and estimate was timely, courteous, and accurate. There were no typical sales tactics and there was no pressure to make a quick decision. There was a good discussion of options and prompt email follow-up. The work was scheduled in a timely fashion and completed without incident. The clean-up was excellent. Two very minor cosmetic issues were expeditiously addressed. The final result looks terrific!
